Brigade Guarding

Brigade Guarding Ltd was formed by former Irish Guards Regimental Police NCO John Radley during February 2017.

We now have a strong, experienced management team that includes Gareth Davies who is my fellow director and a Csgt with the Coldstream Guards. Our office manager, Mark Barnes – WO2 Coldstream Guards. Operations managers Stuart Barnes, Royal Signals and Steve Robbins.

We are members of the Armed Forces Covenant and are committed to getting former servicemen and women into employment and assisting our operatives welfare and well being.

I feel credibility and integrity is essential. To this end I have put myself in the limelight by including a personal introduction video onto our website.

It is important that we as a company and I personally, say what we do and do what we say.

Clear instruction, planning and preparation is essential to the smooth running of any task, we therefore attempt to provide as much information prior to any placement.

We employ a service ethos and actively encourage personal pride, exemplary approach and attitude to work and engagement with our clients and the officers of our business.

I adopt an open door policy and will always have time to talk to any of our operatives. I can provide advice and guidance and hopefully our business will be a port where people on task for us can feel safe, secure, valued and welcome.

At the time of writing we are building the business and have secured flagship hotel contracts in the heart of theatre land in London.

In addition to the above we also have a number of football stadia and we have deployed a number of CPO and RST operatives on task.

We will continue to grow the business and provide employment and opportunities for our operatives within our business.

We are committed to investing in people who will in turn invest in the business with expertise, professionalism and commitment.
